yesterday: 45 mins yoga
run: 2 miles

The run was excruciating. I was definitely not appropriately fueled: not enough rest or good food.

Today:
bussing means a one mile walk
I started the morning with crunches and leg circles.

Today's Run

... Was supposed to be 14 miles, but I can only come up with 13.2.

I managed to finish in 2:56:09
Pace: 13:20

That's slower than my pace should be, by about a minute/mile... But considering the Fall I have been having, I am OK with that.
