Walk (Noon)

60 mins - Tred n Shred class at the gym.

After a 5 minute or so warm up, we did speed intervals for about 10 mins of 90 second blocks. Then we did hills at 5% incline with a recovery at 0%:

I finished with an extra 5 min or so cool down and an extra few minutes of stretching. I kept my heart rate in the zone 3-4 range, dropping down into the high 140s during the recovery intervals and getting up into the low 160s during the climbs. On the speed intervals, I went between 4.3mph and 3.7mph; on the climb intervals I stayed at 3.7 on the recovery and worked between 3.4 and 3.7 mph on the climb segments. I felt pretty good after class. Sweaty, but not dead tired.
