In between Jack's and Dilloman I did the following workouts...
Weds - 9/6 - Walk/Jog workout (20 mins)
Fri - 9/8 - Bike workout - 6.5 miles, 49 mins (we did half of the Dilloman route)
Sat - 9/10 - Run workout - 3.5 miles, 49 mins
