This was just a ride around the neighborhood so that I didn't go a whole week without riding. Boy, I have been a slacker this week!!

Walk/Jog:

21 mins of the following intervals: 90 sec jog; 90 sec walk; 2 min jog; 2 min walk
3 min c/d

It was still rough (esp. the second to the last 2 min jog) but I think it was actually easier than one of the 90 second workouts last week. That's progress, right? I need to figure out what next week's interval will be... I might step up to the recommended 90/90/180/180 if I'm not too chicken.
