Sunday 07/23/06 Walk/Jog - 35 mins, 2.1 mi. After warmup I did 3 intervals of 90/90/180/180. I did one extra 90/90 at the end.
Then I slacked off mightily. What's the matter with me? I travelled to Atlanta Wed-Fri and brought stuff to swim and jog, but did neither. I did one core workout.
Thursday 07/27/06 Core - 15 crunches (x3); 15 leg stamps (x3); 10 back extensions (x2); 10 girl pushups (x2); 10 walking lunges (x2); 15 windmill arms (x2); 10 trunk twists.
I meant to kick ass all weekend, but only managed one workout.
Sunday 07/30/06 Swim - 45 mins (pool) I worked on the first two drills from the Total Immersion book. The going was slow. I was not supposed to keep track of the laps.
Monday 07/31/06 Bike - 24 mins, 4.05mi. I had a terrible headache and took too long to get out there so it was getting dark by the time I was at mile 3.5. I had to come home.
I need to find some inspiration. Maybe an outdoor women's mag? Planning an adventure trip?
