This was an "easy" yoga class. We did triangle poses and the pigeon--a great hip class.

17:30 mins - 90 sec jog/2 min walk intervals
(Final 2 min interval was the cooldown)
It was hot as shit on the trail and this workout was really demoralizing. I think next week I will drop down to alternating 60 sec and 90 sec jog intervals. Either that or stay at the 90 secs for one more week. It was just so hot and exhausting!
