I went out at 9:30 pm to see if cooler temps would help. Granted, "cooler" was a breezy 92 degrees... But I was able to jog more than I was able to yesterday. Still got overheated, and my HR was in the upper 180s on the last interval, but M was very encouraging and told me not to be such a pussy. I will try to do the next walk/jog in the morning and see if I can maintain this interval for two more workouts.
