I started Half-Marathon training the day before the Dilloman Tri. It has so far been very frustrating, so I am hoping this log will help me see some running progress.
After Dilloman, I took Monday off. Tuesday, I did an easy 20 min jog.
Weds - 9/13 - PM Quality workout. We jogged to a middle school (very difficult) and then did running drills in the parking lot for about 30 mins, then foot drills, then we jogged back (A and I did a few hills on the jog walk back)
Then ACL fest happened and I didn't do a damn thing all weekend. (Including the second 3 mile run on Saturday, I was coming down instead.)
Tuesday - AM - 3 miles in 44.31 minutes. Around the neigborhood. Gmap here. This was a victory, cause it was just under a 15 min. mile. It was actually cool that morning, which I believe helped immensely.
