Today we jogged over to Austin High School, then ran two laps of the track. After we did several drills...

Crazy pawing foot thing

Then we did six laps of the track: slow on the curves and faster (75-80%) on the straights.
We closed out with foot drills.
I felt really slow and inept. Frustrated. It was hot. I wanted to quit the class, but I said I would give it two more weeks. I am feeling a little less "quitterly" but still crummy a few hours later.
