This was supposed to be an "easy" day with no drills. Since I did strength yesterday, it was pretty rough. But I managed to keep to the 3/1 intervals (somehow!)... It is still hot as hell out, and I know that slowed me down.

My HR felt high on this run. So much for "easy"! I think it will be good to know all my McMillan numbers, but I wonder how I will know what pace I am actually running?
