Wow. I mean, it felt fast, but damn. This is after only three days of strength work (my class, and then two mornings of my "every day" exercises).

Every day exercises (except the two strength workout days):

Twisting crunches: 3x 12 (so far)
Bent leg lifts: 3x 12 (so far)

Side leg lifts front, back, and center: 3x 12
Donkey kicks: 3x 12
