Elliptical (AM)

20 mins, .51 mi

I did the "Easy Progressive" program: warm up (3 mins) at 25 rpm, then between 39-52 rpm and between 2-4 resistance level. Cool down for 2 mins.

This was a good compromise when I was too lazy to get out of bed, but shouldn't be a regular substitute.
