I actually jogged 12 minutes! Longest time to date--it is hard to stay excited about 12 minutes, but I know it is better than 3 weeks ago. My heart rate was really spiking on this workout. My food choices have been very poor lately, I wonder if I was under-fueled?
I have a new workout calendar to help me prepare for the Generic Tri (the Dilloman is the following weekend--how crazy am I?) over Labor Day weekend. I feel like I am in a bit of a slump, and I have been waiting to get re-inspired. That obviously hasn't worked (see last two weeks) so now I will just try to work through it.
