Long Run - trail

This was a recovery week, so the run was short. But it was on a rocky/rooty trail to keep us on our toes (so to speak). It was nice, I was sad to not have my headphones at first, but glad on the way back that I could hear all of the woods-sounds.

Next week is a 6 miler! Based on my McMillan numbers, that should take me nearly two hours. Ugh.
