Mon - 4/23 Upper body strength, then quality run workout. I actually ran TWO 11 minute miles! Un-freakin-believable! I was totally beat, but recovered well.
Tues - 4/24 Lower body strength
Weds - 4/25 Quality bike workout. Another great day when I made it up a challenging hill TWICE and even helped out one of my team mates to do the same.
Thurs 4/26 - Off.
Fri - 4/27 Abs strength
Sat - 4/28 Transition workout. The actual bike and run portion was negligible, but we did 3 complete transitions.
Sun - 4/29 Quality swim. The last exercise was to count our strokes for the length of the pool (33 m). My first time it was 28, then 24, then 25. I would like to shoot for 24 all the time.
